Admins manage everything. Moderators can add/edit/delete bookings. Read-only staff can view the board but not change it.

Create a login and assign a role.
admin-create-user function (see the admin guide), or create the
account in Supabase → Authentication → Users → Add user, entering the
username followed by @mcmega.local as the email (e.g.
frontdesk@mcmega.local), then set their role from the table above.
Choose what moderators are allowed to do. Admins always have full access; read-only staff can only view.
Every add, change, and delete — who did it and when. Newest first (up to 500 matches).
